Arrived on site at 0700. No material ready to lift and install. Wagner technician didn’t arrive on site until 0900 Our operators couldn’t start lifting until 11.30, which by this time only 8 units were ready. After setting the tension lines and a lot of waiting around in the air. 4 units installed. Chargeable hours lost 4 hours
